I found My Shinies to be one of the best companies to order from - the merchandise arrived right on time, it was exactly what we ordered and true to size. I ordered the wrong style first, immediately realizing my mistake, I ordered the right style. Next I contacted customer service by email and received a nearly immediate reply! The incorrect order was cancelled with the money returned to my account in less than 24 hours.
